We currently ship worldwide. Below are our processing and delivery timelines, shipping options, and information on how to get help if something goes wrong with your order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Please note that these are estimated delivery times only. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, customs procedures (where applicable), weather conditions, or carrier delays beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

If your tracking has not updated within 5 business days after shipment, please contact us and we will gladly investigate the issue.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

KYRO is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the shipping information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking status shows Delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend that you:

  • Check with household members or neighbors.
  • Inspect your mailbox, porch, or designated delivery location.
  • Wait up to 24 hours, as some carriers mark packages as delivered before the final drop-off.

If your package is still missing after 24 hours, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist you in opening a claim with the shipping carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of both the packaging and the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund whenever applicable.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, our standard Return Policy will apply.

Holidays & Peak Seasons

During peak shopping periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and other holidays, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. Any known delays will be communicated on our website whenever possible.
