30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in their original condition.

Returned in their original packaging.

Include all original accessories provided with your order (case, cleaning cloth, tags, and any other included items).
Returns cannot be accepted for products showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery.

Our team will respond within 24 business hours with return instructions and the return address.

Ship your item using a tracked shipping service.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
In these cases, KYRO will cover the return shipping costs and, depending on your preference, either:

Send a replacement item, or

Issue a full refund.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a different model or color is to place a new order and return the original item.
Once your returned product has been received and approved, we will refund your original purchase.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for returns due to a change of mind.
If the return is the result of our error (incorrect, damaged, or defective item), KYRO will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
After your returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, our standard return process will apply.
